Hello, my name is Brandon Munoz. I am 20 years old and from Rockport, Texas. An amazing little coastal town that is a tourist attraction. I graduated from Rockport-Fulton High School in 2017. Baseball was the sport I participated in since I was 4 years old. My mother's name is Erica and my step father's name is Julian. I have 4 brothers whose names are Cameron, Hunter, Hector jr., and Josue. Hector and Josue live in Mexico with my Father Hector and stepmother Jessica. I was raised the majority of my life by my grandmother Manuela and aunt Barbara. Who in an attempt to raise a respectful man did more than that. I will forever be grateful to God for the family he has given me.

I am currently attending the University of Houston-Victoria in Victoria, Texas and pursuing Business Management. My best friend Diego Garcia and I decided to room together in College. Knowing him my entire life has given me an opportunity to explore places and things that I wouldn't do on my own. He's been the friend to push me out of my comfort zone when I was timid. Diego is pursuing Criminal Justice and wants to be a Game Warden for the state of Texas.

So although I am in the middle of my college career, I decided to pursue the World Race Gap Year. The World Race is a missionary program that belongs to the organization, Adventures in Missions. Specifically, the World Race Gap Year is a nine-month trip to 3 different countries. During the beginning of this year, I was introduced to World Race by a good friend Carissa Taylor, from Rockport. After a Sunday service 4 of us, including Carissa, went to get lunch. There is where she explained the World Race and why she was going. I was instantly intrigued and after weeks of prayer, the Lord made it clear that he wanted me to go.

Now that I am accepted, the countries I decided to go to are Costa Rica, Cambodia, and Swaziland. I felt at peace with these three amazing countries and I know my God will do supernatural things at these places.

Finally, I want to thank each and every one of you who is apart of this journey with me. The Lord has you connected for a reason. Thank you for the continued support and I will be updating you all very soon.
